CPT(P) Norman Hart IV stands as a shining example of what it means to lead with purpose, serve with honor, and achieve with excellence. As an Army Medical Services Officer, Norman has dedicated his career to safeguarding the health and readiness of America’s soldiers—work that demands discipline, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to service. His ascent to promotable Captain reflects not only professional mastery, but the trust and respect he has earned across the Army Medical Department.

A proud graduate of Benedict College, Norman continues to embody the institution’s legacy of producing leaders who uplift communities and inspire future generations. That legacy was recognized in a major way this year: Norman was selected as one of Benedict College’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2026, a prestigious honor reserved for alumni who exemplify excellence, innovation, and impact in their fields. His achievements—both in uniform and beyond—make him a model of what Tiger Pride looks like in action.

Norman’s journey is also deeply rooted in the noble traditions of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Initiated in Spring 2009 into the Gamma Mu Chapter, he has carried the bond of Brotherhood with him throughout every chapter of his life. His leadership, character, and commitment to achievement reflect the very ideals upon which our Fraternity stands. Whether in the Army, the community, or among the Brotherhood, Norman shows up with integrity, humility, and a drive to make things better for those around him.

Today, we raise the Loving Cup in celebration of a Brother whose accomplishments speak volumes and whose future promises even more. CPT(P) Norman Hart IV represents the best of Benedict College, the best of Gamma Mu, and the best of Kappa Alpha Psi. His achievements remind us that excellence is not an act—it is a habit, a calling, and a legacy.

Congratulations, Brother Hart! May your continued journey be filled with honor, elevation, and the joy of knowing that your Brotherhood stands proudly behind you. Yo to the Good Nupes!
