Today, Gamma Mu Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. celebrates Brother Reco Butler, Spring ’97 Initiate—a Nupe whose commitment to Brotherhood, Service, and Purpose continues to make a difference.

One shining example of Brother Reco’s service was his leadership in organizing a water drive for the Town of Denmark, South Carolina, during a critical drinking-water crisis. He saw a community in need and stepped up to help provide something fundamental: clean, drinkable water. That is what service looks like—recognizing a need and taking action.
